MY PROGRAMMES ARE DESIGNED TO HELP YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT’S REALLY HAPPENING IN YOUR RELATIONSHIP AND WHAT NEEDS ATTENTION NEXT.
When we work together, you don’t get advice or judgement. You gain a steady, impartial thinking partner who helps you slow things down, make sense of patterns, and identify what will genuinely help you move forward. We clarify what you’re experiencing, what you want to feel instead, and how change can begin in a way that feels safe and realistic. You can come as a couple, or on your own if your partner isn’t ready.
Calm, structured support for couples and individuals who feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure what to do next.
COUPLE’S COACHING
- Your Challenges: When communication breaks down and the same arguments repeat, relationships can start to feel exhausting and confusing. You may feel disconnected, stuck in conflict, struggling with intimacy, or unsure how to rebuild trust. Over time, this can affect your wellbeing, focus, and daily life. If you’re feeling lost or unsure where to start, this programme helps you make sense of what’s happening and what’s possible next.
- Solution: Choose the level of support that fits where you are: *From Breakup to Breakthrough – 1 month support, *Fierce Love – 3 months support, *Life & Relationship Mastery – 6 to 12 months of customised support for more complex challenges.
- The Tools: I work with an integrated approach including Relationship Coaching, The Gottman Method, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Strategic Intervention, the 3 Principles Approach, 5 Love Languages, NLP, EFT, and scientifically proven Relationship Assessments.
INDIVIDUAL COACHING
- Your Challenges: You want to improve your relationship, but your partner isn’t ready for couples coaching — or you’ve been told this is something you need to work through on your own first. You may be facing challenges that affect closeness and intimacy, such as desire or sexual confidence, or navigating major life changes like career or business pressure, illness, or recovery. Many people reach this point feeling overwhelmed, unsure where to start, or how to bring their partner with them. This work supports you to make sense of what’s happening, regain steadiness, and begin creating change that can gently include your partner if and when they’re ready.
- Solution: Choose Breakthrough Your Limitations, a 1 or 3 month programme to explore your story, attachment patterns, and ways of relating, helping you respond with more clarity, confidence, and emotional regulation in your current or future relationships.
- The Mysterious Secret: Most of us were never taught how relationships actually work. We learn through trial, pain, and experience. As Maya Angelou said, “If I’d known better, I would have done better.” These programmes are designed to help you become the catalyst for meaningful change in yourself, your life, and your relationships long-term.

GET THE CLARITY YOU NEED FIRST
Every relationship needs care in one main area at a time.
Below are the four key zones that help identify where your relationship may need the most attention right now.
-
🟢 Green – Connection & Communication
-
🟡 Yellow – Repair & Conflict Resolution
-
🟠 Orange – Intimacy & Passion
-
🔴 Red – Trust & Emotional Safety
Read through what each of these areas means below to gain clarity about where you are. If you’d like to deepen that understanding, the clarity quiz can help you identify your starting point. This step brings insight, direction, and relief. Don’t underestimate it, this can be the moment things begin to shift, not only in your relationship but in your life.
🟢 Green zone

In this phase, the connection has faded slightly. Conversations tend to be practical rather than meaningful, and emotional closeness feels thinner than it used to. Nothing feels “wrong” exactly, but something feels off. The foundation is still there, and this is often the easiest place to reconnect with the right awareness.
This can happen after major life changes like becoming parents, work stress, busy routines, or simply drifting without realising it.
🟡 Yellow zone

Here, conflict becomes more central. The same arguments resurface, tension lingers, and attempts to resolve things don’t seem to stick. There’s a desire to repair and move forward, but no clear sense of how to break the cycle or feel understood again.
This often develops when communication turns defensive, small issues stack up over time, or repairs never fully land after disagreements.
🟠 Orange zone

At this stage, intimacy and passion feel distant or strained. Closeness may feel effortful, awkward, or avoided altogether. Even though love is still present, desire and emotional connection no longer come easily, leaving many people feeling confused, rejected, or disconnected.
This can be influenced by unresolved conflict, emotional distance, exhaustion, changes in confidence or body image, or fear of rejection during intimacy.
🔴 Red zone

In this phase, trust or emotional safety has been shaken. One or both partners may feel anxious, guarded, or constantly on edge. Calm moments don’t feel fully safe, and the future of the relationship may feel uncertain or overwhelming to think about.
This often follows experiences such as betrayal or infidelity, repeated dishonesty, broken agreements, emotional withdrawal, or moments where one partner no longer felt protected or prioritised.
SEE WHAT YOUR RELATIONSHIP NEEDS MOST

💎 This quiz was created after working with dozens of couples and observing the patterns that quietly shape their relationships.
It helps you see which area needs the most care right now, so you can stop guessing and move forward with clarity, compassion, and the right next step.
